If you’ve been following the blog for any amount of time, you probably recognize this sweet couple, KC & Andrew! But in case you’re new, let me introduce you to these two through their ALP history! I first connected with KC via a mutual friend who was my past bride (still grateful for you, Darcy!). I was lucky enough to first capture their Georgetown engagement session and then their big day ALL over DC (including St. Matthews, the DC War Memorial, the National Portrait Gallery, and finally NMWA for their reception… just to name a few). They even graced the COVER of Washingtian Weddings Magazine! And just this past summer, I reached out to KC to model for me during our Stone Tower Winery wedding shoot where I found out they were expecting a little girl this February! So KC, Andrew, and their ADORABLE one-year-old puppy, Monti, joined me for a maternity session at Airlie Center in Warrenton, VA just before Thanksgiving.

I know I say this a lot, but it’s true — I really, really like all my couples. I shoot a limited number of couples each and every year because it ensures that I can pick them as much as they pick me, which, in turn gives BOTH of us the best experience possible! These two? I would pick them ONE THOUSAND times over. I couldn’t think of a more perfect couple to have been in front of my lens four times now and I cannot wait for the fifth time next year when their baby girl arrives!

KC and Andrew, I cannot WAIT to see you become parents; your little girl doesn’t even know how lucky she is about to be to have the two of you as mom and dad… and Monti as big brother!  I’m eternally grateful for the support you have given my business over the years and for your kind friendship!
