Stephanie is the crazy talented wedding photographer behind Stephanie Messick Photography. Before I first met her in person, I was certain there was no way anyone that beautiful AND talented could be as sweet as their online persona. But sure enough, Stephanie proved me wrong in a second; she is truly a kind soul that genuinely cares about those around her. As a woman of faith, she practices what she preaches and is just a breath of fresh air to be around. When I was on my way to have these photos taken, Kyle, my boyfriend, told me I looked beautiful. Typically, I don’t feel comfortable leaving the house without makeup, but after my session, I ran errands around town, embracing the “naked” look.
What is something that has been a challenge for you over the past year?
Staying active, for sure! During the busy wedding season, I find myself in my home office for at least 10-hours a day creating the common excuse, “too busy to work out.” I’m currently working on this and learning a new, healthier routine for the 2017 year.
