I first met Ally YEARS ago, before either of us got started running a small business. My brother-in-law grew up with her husband and we quickly bonded when we met at my BIL’s wedding in Fredericksburg, VA! As I started my business as a Washington, DC wedding photographer and she as an Event Planner, our paths crossed again nearly two years later during the Creative at Heart Conference. We couldn’t seem to stop running into one another after that point (which I certainly didn’t mind!) and have become close friends since. We roomed together at the most recent CAH Conference in Denver, and she kindly agreed to model for my passion project! Ally took the time to honestly answer some personal questions for me, so get to know a bit about her before checking out these stunning pictures!

On vacation with my husband, John, in Las Vegas -I got a blowout at Drybar before we left!  The two of us were out on the town and having so much fun together; it made me feel invincible!
If you could give one piece of advice to other creative business owners, what would it be? 
“Don’t talk about it, be about it”
