Enjoy a sneak peek of Karen and Joshua’s wedding at The LINE Hotel in downtown Washington, DC! These two were married amongst friends and family from all over the country at this modern hotel venue that opened in a 110-year old abandoned church just a few years prior. It’s in one of the hottest neighborhoods, Adams Morgan, which boasts up and coming restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.
One of the highlights of this unique venue is their gorgeous rooftop which boasts one of the best views in all of the District of Columbia! You can see for miles and have a straight shot at iconic monument spotted skyline including both the Washington Monument and the Capitol. It served as the backdrop not only for their couples portraits, but also for their ceremony! These two were married in June and if you’re at all familiar with DC in the summer, than you know it’s nothing short of a swamp — and that’s putting it nicely! Karen and Joshua, however, completely lucked out with the perfect summer day! It was warm at the onset, but soft cloud cover rolled in right before their ceremony which cooled things considerably for their guests and made for stunning photos.
I’m so excited to share some of the highlights from their big day below — it was beautiful, to say the least! Be sure to scroll all the way until the end to see the amazing team of vendors that made this day a reality!
A huge thank you to these vendors for making Karen & Joshua’s wedding amazing! And to Jessica Greene Photography for being an awesome second shooter!
