Tori and Robbie were married in a stunning garden ceremony during their Airlie wedding this May. It was a cool spring day and after nearly a week (seriously!) straight of rain, the threat of storms still lingered for later that evening. We gathered as a team in the morning to make a call for whether or not the ceremony would take place as planned in the formal gardens, or if it would be moved to a location with cover. See, Tori’s talented florist was designing an epic circular floral arch and, once installed, it was unable to be moved; once a decision was made, we knew we had to stick with it. Although the forecast was predicting a light shower right as the ceremony was set to begin, Tori’s heart was set on an outdoor affair! Her team banded together to make that happen and guess what? The rain passed us by and no one was the wiser!
It later came as no surprise during speeches that each and every speaker touched briefly on how Tori was a determined and strong-minded woman; one who knows exactly what she wants and will work to make it happen. These aren’t characteristics that just make for a well-planned wedding day, but ones that make for a long-lasting marriage. Every married couple can tell you that for all the beautiful days of wedded bliss, there will also be hard times and there will be bumps in the road… and having a steadfast spirit like Tori’s will ensure they always get back on track. I loved being part of this joyous occasion with Tori and Robbie and my only regret is not being invited on their incredible honeymoon to GREECE! Hope you two are having a blast! xx
A huge thank you to these vendors for making Tori & Robbie’s wedding amazing! And to Emily Marie Photography for being an awesome second shooter!
