Whimsical Stone Tower Winery Wedding

Lindsay and John were married in a gorgeous barrel room ceremony during their Stone Tower Winery wedding this July. It was, by far, one of the hottest weekends of the year and while they had originally planned to marry outdoors amongst the vines, the weather overruled that decision in favor of allowing everyone to enjoy a bit of A/C inside — trust me when I say that I think each and every guest was thankful for that ruling! (Bruce, I hope you’re enjoying my court puns!)

Luckily, their wedding was being executed by the wonderfully talented Caroline, of Caroline Dutton Events, who had each and every aspected planned to a “t”. She completely transformed STW’s reception space into something out of an elegant Disney fairytale wedding, something Lindsay and Patti, her mother, dreamed of their entire lives. From the floral chandelier and lavish centerpieces designed by Sophie at Blossom and Vine, to the silk ribbon adorned napkins each tied and laid with care, every single element was prettier than the last. The Father of the Bride joked that she had become like a third daughter to their family and it was very apparent that all their hard work paid off as it was truly a stunning affair.

And later as the sun set on a beautiful wedding day, the fun was just getting started inside when Rhythm 6 kicked off the dance floor with their first set — there wasn’t a single guest left in their seat! They even included one of my favorite Jewish traditions, the Hora, with a surprise at the end by putting Lindsay’s mom and dad up in the air! It was such an incredible evening and I was sad when it came to an end!

Lindsay and John, thank you so much for allowing me to spend the day with your sweet families! And Patti, I am so glad you found me so I could connect with Lindsay! I hope you two are enjoying a fairytale honeymoon in Florida!
