I love having the opportunity to get to know a bit about each of my couples before the big day as I truly believe it helps them relax in front of the camera as we have built up a relationship of trust. A great way to do this is through an engagement session, but it also just ends up happening naturally as we e-mail back and forth frequently — discussing everything from vendor recommends, timelines, wedding day flow, etc. I’m certainly not a wedding planner by any means, but I love to help my couples in any way possible! It turns out that through some sort of magic (aka showing your personality on social media), I’ve attracted so many brides who have similar personalities to my own. Alicia was certainly one of these brides as evidenced in her meticulous planning and abundance of details. She made my job as breeze — I don’t think I’ve ever had such an organized bride! I knew she deserved to have all of that hard work shown off, so I was very excited to submit her wedding and got started right after I sent her the full gallery! I was even more ecstatic when I found out Artfully Wed would be the one featuring their day — it’s a blog that highlights detail-oriented weddings, so it truly was a perfect fit!
Please head over to Artfully Wed to view the feature in full here!
We LOVE the vendors that make wedding days possible — trust me, pictures wouldn’t be nearly as beautiful without these folks! They are huge contributors to our features and we want to ensure each one is highlighted!
